The founders team comprise of Automotive professionals who have worked for multiple Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM’s) and Tier X’s in senior leadership roles cutting across diversified projects. It’s a mix of professionals from Industry and Academia with a number of years of experience under their belt.
Founder & CEO
Saket Mohan
SECURE ELEMENTS Ltd is founded by Mr. Saket Mohan and he is also the Director of the company. Mr. Saket Mohan is an Automotive Tech enthusiast and has an Industry experience of 14+ years in Connected Cars and Automotive Cybersecurity.
He worked as a Principal Cyber Security Systems Engineer @ ClearMotion UK Ltd.
He was the Technical Lead for Connectivity and Cybersecurity @ EDAG Engineering Limited, UK.
He spent time as a Telematics Testing and Validation for Tata Elxsi's customer Jaguar Land Rover. Further he worked as a Telematics and Autonomy Senior Researcher @ Transport Research Laboratory, UK.
He pursued Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore, India and M.Sc. Embedded and Wireless Systems, Coventry University , UK.

Rituraj Shrivastava is a seasoned professional with over 25+ years of experience in Technologies, Management and Business Development across Automotive/Aerospace/IoT domains. He's known for his expertise in building innovative practices and scaling businesses from the ground up. With his vast network in the mobility industry, he has significant influence and can help organisations connect with leaders and onboard engineers at all levels. Rituraj is a highly motivated leader with a passion for innovation and driving positive change in an organisation.

Prof. Siraj Shaikh
Is a professor of Systems Security at Swansea University
Dr Siraj was the Director of Research and Professor of Systems Security at the Institute for Future Transport and Cities (IFTC) at Coventry University From February 2015 till May 2016.
In 2016, Siraj co-founded CyberOwl, which is a spinout from Coventry involved in developing an early warning system for cyber threats.
From March 2015 till March 2016, he was also seconded to HORIBA MIRA, as part of the Royal Academy of Engineering’s industrial secondment scheme.
He was seconded to the Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN), which is the innovation network in Britain.
He served as cyber security lead for the KTN coordinating activities across academia, industry and national policy.
Lead Engineer, AI-Enhanced Cybersecurity Architectures
Chathuranaga Sampath
Sampath is a PhD candidate and a teaching Assistant at Edinburgh Napier University ,well positioned to provide his ML, Generative AI (GAI) experience and skills to Secure Elements, with a long list of IOT cyber-critical system research & developments under his belt.
Sampath began his engineering career as a zonal technical manager at NMI infra and Telecoms giant Airtel and then joined Edinburgh Napier University as a teaching assistant and has since been a PhD candidate with a strong passion for automotive cybersecurity research.
Our Story
Future transportation (CAM) will be underpinned by Digitisation, Connectivity and Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs). SDV’s are complex systems which require a higher degree of resilience that can only be guaranteed when the System is Safe and Secure by design.
We started Secure Elements to change the way Systems Engineering, Functional Safety and Cybersecurity are being combined to develop products with intrinsic Safety and Security.
